Anger is one of the most prominent emotions in the range of emotions. We all get angry, with different levels of intensity and frequency. Anger has a positive aspect, it can be liberating and motivate action, change and deeds. But it also has a negative aspect; it can cause judgmental thinking and emotional damage, and even physical injury to the person who feels the anger and the people around them. Usually, anger is a mask for another emotion that hides behind it. If we can recognize it, we can deal with the difficulty directly and in so doing reduce the intensity of the anger.
