Anger Management Games to Teach Kids Effective Coping Skills

While anger is a normal feeling to experience, it can get out of hand for many kids & teens who don’t know how to cope healthfully & effectively express themselves. We strategically developed games to help them develop a solid understanding of the role this feeling plays, what emotions tend to hide behind it, and how to express their anger in constructive forms. Specifically, our anger-focused games: 

• Teach players how to express their anger in nonviolent ways
• Allow them the tools to navigate anger in a positive manner
• Enable them to identify emotions hiding behind their anger
